Meet the Team
Led by founder Marcella Bingley, we work with a team of skilled professionals to plan and design from scratch, or to rework designs to be more economically efficient.
River Bee Design makes sure residential planning, design and development comply with building regulations, taking heritage and other constraints into consideration. From private listed building development to residential flat conversions, we have a wealth of experience to navigate the pitfalls and maximise the potential.
As a flexible service, River Bee Design offers a step-on, step-off approach tailored to your specific needs, simplifying the process with honest and practical discussions between client and contractors.
Marcella Bingley, founder
With an impressive track record spanning over 25 years in the property development profession, our founder, Marcella Bingley, has hands-on development building experience in London, Hampshire and Berkshire. From driving a digger and pouring foundations to working on roofs and demolition, she has done the work on site herself. She has more than 10 years in AutoCAD design and is trained in Site Management Safety and building regulations compliance.
River Bee Design is based in Stockbridge, Hampshire, and works with homeowners and property developers across Hampshire, London and the South East. Our work is covered by professional indemnity insurance.
