Led by founder Marcella Bingley, we work with a team of skilled professionals to plan and design from scratch, or to rework designs to be more economically efficient. River Bee Design makes sure residential planning, design and development comply with building regulations, taking heritage and other constraints into consideration. From private listed building development to residential flat conversions, we have a wealth of experience to navigate the pitfalls and maximise the potential.

As a flexible service, River Bee Design offers a step-on, step-off approach tailored to your specific needs, simplifying the process with honest and practical discussions between client and contractors.
